Mad World.

This is probably one of my favorite commercials on the air nowadays. (Too bad I'm not a videogame player.) The theme music used is of one of my all-time favorite songs from Tear for Fears too! I'm guessing the vocal is by Michael Stipe. I'm not sure, but it's an incredible cover of the song nonetheless. The whole post-apocalyptic solitude and aliens in the ruins is such a powerful visual. Meanwhile, why am I strangely attracted to the computer animated soldier guy. Hmmm.

Speaking of being glued to the TV lately ... Is anyone out there a fan of the NBC show "HEROES"? I'm hooked. Now that I'm working/training nights now, I'm stuck to watching the episodes online. It's after 3am now. Last night's episode should be posted now. Can you say, "PRESSED?" ;-)

Hey Mike!

DC misses you, Boy...come back soon!

Loving your blog spot too, way to go. Came across this and HAD to share with you -- one of my FAVORITE songs as well -- it's also a part of the "Donnie Darko" movie soundtrack, singer listed as Gary Jules.

XOXO,
