CASE DISMISSED! The police officer who wrote me the ticket for 'Failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk' was a no-show today. I wonder if it was because the infraction happened way back in July? It's amazing how you can legally delay paying those traffic fines ($256 + traffic school). Hmmmm.
