I just saw the documentary SUPERSIZE ME on CNBC. In it, the film maker Morgan Spurlock went on an intensive all McDonald's diet all the time over the course of a month. He gained about 25+ pounds, his cholesterol levels escalated, his overall health deteriorated BIG TIME. Of course as I'm watching this at 11:00pm I'm eating a Wendy's bacon cheeseburger combo meal (biggie size, of course). I feel ill right now. Hmmm. It makes you wonder how I've gained 35+ pounds while living here in LA since September. Ugh.
