I'm all about Kid Kaio these days. I guess the kids are calling this 'fidget house', 'jackin' house'... krazy-hyper-funkiness-in-yo-FACE ... whatever, now. Me likey! Dutch house music at it's best IMHO. I've featured a couple of his remixes in a couple of my last mix-sets.

Here's some (new) old music for ya'll!  A little retro inspired mix inspired by the pride season.  Enjoy.

The trip (back home).

It's 3:30am and I've got a flight in 6 hours.  For some reason, I can never sleep right before traveling on long trips away from home.  After scurrying around the last few hours packing and preparing my 'outfit' to wear on the plane, what better thing should I be doing but post my latest mix-set!?!  I actually just finished it last night, but I was too lazy to officially post it here.  This mix is typical me ... hope you like it.  You can find the full track-listing on my SoundCloud page.

(I'm going back to the east coast to visit my family in Maryland and friends in Washington, DC.  I will be away until the first week of June, but I'll probably be blogging on the go.)

Here's some new music for you!  Although I cross-post to quite a few upload sights, I think I'm going to focus on the SOUNDCLOUD platform.  POD-O-MATIC was okay, but the social networking aspect of it got kind of weird as most of the 'friend requests' came way out of the blue and seemingly 'automatic' and 'bot-like'.  SOUNDCLOUD seems the way to go as there are more people I actually know using it.  (I kind of like the look of it all too!)

In this week's episode, I decided to go with a little different approach:  "Less vocals.  More beats!"  Do you like????  Let me know.  :-D

Hey kids! Just posted this week's mix. I really like this Mixcloud application. The interface is nice and clean and actually dedicated to music mix uploads. Soundcloud is okay, but it's kind of limiting and pricey considering I already pay for server space on Pod-o-Matic. For now, Mixcloud is free. Yayyy. Either way, I'll try to cross-post as much as server space allows.
