I just found this link at one of my favorite music blogs. (You can listen directly on the page without downloading.) The writer termed the style as 'FIDGET HOUSE'.  That just gave me the biggest chuckle. With all the genres and sub-genres of house music out there, it certainly is quite a literal description as to how it sounds. I've really been into beats like that for a while now --- LUVIT!
